I think the answer will differ from company to company, depending on the industry, current and projected financial health of the company, etc. The company I work for, as an example, will continue normally (will not postpone or cancel compensation/reward processes). However, I have friends working in other industries whose companies are postponing and/or canceling this year's processes. I've also heard of adjusted plans, like cutting merit budgets in response to the COVID-19 impact.
