Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work

At the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, there is much concern about how artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics will transform jobs and eliminate entire professions. Equally, there are many who believe that this new era will usher in a "truly human age" where we will be free from the rote and routine to exercise our creative skills. How do we separate fact from fiction in order to uncover the practical realities of how AI will actually impact work? In his opening keynote address, Ravin Jesuthasan, a recognized global thought leader on the future of work and human capital, will take us into the world of AI and robotics. He'll provide insight into how they will enhance or replace specific activities within jobs and what the overall implications will be for jobs, the organization and total rewards. You don't want to miss this fascinating and informative opening keynote!
