Discounted Group Rate: $240 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes)

All room rates are subject to applicable tax, which is currently 15% per room, per night and is subject to availability without notice.

A Resort Fee of USD $10.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations. The fee includes premium high-speed internet access for multiple devices in the guest rooms and public spaces, in-room local and national long distance phone calls, the Sport Club fitness center, pools, tennis and golf practice facility. Please inquire with the hotel for additional amenities included.

Registration Information


You will receive written confirmation from WorldatWork for conference registration within 14 days of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, please call Customer Relationship Services at 877-951-9191.


Full payment is required in order to receive your credentials/badge. You will receive your conference badge and event tickets on site at the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Confirmed registrants who fail to notify WorldatWork of cancellation in advance forfeit all fees paid. A $75 administration fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before December 31, 2017. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be forfeited on cancellations received between January 1, 2018 and February 9, 2018. All conference fees will be forfeited on cancellations occurring after February 9, 2018. Prices and programs are subject to change without notice.
