WorldatWork will provide you with one complimentary full event registration, which includes admission to event sessions, breakfasts, lunches and receptions. WorldatWork will automatically register you for the event once we receive your speaker agreement. You'll receive an email confirming your registration.

Your biography will appear on the event website and in the mobile app. Please confirm the accuracy of your biographical profile. Send your new or updated biography to Amanda Heisler by April 21, 2017.
Tips for creating a biography:
Your headshot may be used on the event website or in marketing collateral for the event. Please send your professional head shot in a high resolution .jpg or .png format (minimum resolution: 300 dpi) by April 21, 2017.
You are responsible for making your hotel room reservations and initially paying for your lodging expenses. To obtain the discounted group rates, make your reservation no later than August 1, 2017, or before the block sells out, whichever occurs first.

Group rate: $245 Single/Double, plus tax
WorldatWork will reimburse up to two nights of lodging at the group rate in a designated event hotel if you're a practitioner, an academic or a nonprofit organization representative. Consultants and service providers are not eligible for lodging reimbursement. No other expenses will be reimbursed. To ensure the group rate, your hotel reservation must be confirmed by the reservation deadline of August 1, 2017.
To receive lodging reimbursement, you must complete and submit an expense reimbursement form (including the hotel bill) by September 30, 2017. Refer to your acceptance email to verify that you qualify to have your lodging reimbursed.

WorldatWork will provide the audio/visual equipment listed below in each session room. If you need additional equipment, you must submit your requests to Amanda Heisler by August 7, 2017. All additional audio/visual requests are subject to approval. If you order additional equipment on-site, you'll be asked to provide a credit card for payment. Please note that your on-site requests may not be filled due to time constraints.

All event session room locations will be listed in the event mobile app.
Sessions will be 60 minutes each. To avoid disrupting other sessions, you're expected to stay within your allocated time slot. You should arrive at the event venue at least 30 minutes before your session.
Due to the limited time of each session, please allow no more than five minutes to introduce yourself, your co-speakers and your backgrounds. The attendees are there to hear the content and key applications. Please also allow at least five minutes at the end of your session for questions. Be sure to direct attendees to complete the session survey that's located in the event mobile app.
WorldatWork does not allow outside vendors hired by speakers to record (audio or video) or photograph any sessions or events including, but not limited to, sessions selected via the call for proposals process, receptions, prize drawings, general sessions or activities in the Exhibit Hall or public areas. Only WorldatWork or an accredited news organization can record these sessions and activities.
Please note: WorldatWork may take photos and videos during the event for use in promotional campaigns or communications.
The event mobile app will be announced approximately three to four weeks prior to the event via email and on the event website. Install the free app on your smartphone to access the most up-to-date event information including schedules, session details, speaker biographies, attendee networking opportunities and much more.
Upon your arrival at the Westin Chicago River North, check in at the WorldatWork Check-In desk to receive your event name badge and program materials.
